Submit a support ticket through Zendesk in two ways: online ticket or email. Zendesk is used for many different types of requests, including password resets, and access to PowerSchool.
CREATE A TICKET
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your student’s name, contact email address, phone number, and a clear description of the issue.
Call the Tech Support Number at 888-675-8615. During business hours, you will be connected to your school’s Tech Team. If you leave a voicemail, the Tech Team will contact you within 48 hours.
